What is your return&exchange policy?
1. You must make a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the package (the date of receipt is determined by the date of the logistics delivery).
2. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
3. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:
(1) Items on Sale
(2) Silk Underwear
(4) Customized Items
4. We do not accept packages that are returned directly without contacting us in advance.
5. Packages without a return tracking number will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
If I meet the above conditions, how do I start a return or exchange?
1. Please email us with the reason for your return.
2. We will provide you with the appropriate return address as soon as we receive your email.
3. Please provide us with the return tracking number once you sent the package out.
4. We will refund you as soon as we receive your return. Please note that the $18 shipping fee you paid for your order is non-refundable.
Please email us to let us know exactly what you are returning and the product you would like to exchange. (Specific steps refer to the return process)
If both items are the same price, we will send you a new replacement directly after we receive your return.
If there is a price difference between the two items, we will provide you with a gift card for you to reorder without shipping charges.
1. We will only support shipping your replacement for one time at no charge. For the second exchange request, you need to pay $10 for shipping.
2. Your exchanged items are not allowed to be returned again.
3. The final interpretation of the terms and conditions belongs to DivinaLadies team.
How much do return cost?
Shipping costs for returns as well as exchanges will be covered by you.
If your product is not working due to a material or manufacturing error or you have received the wrong product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days with an appropriate photo description. We will provide you with a specific solution. If your order exceeds the deadline, we will not process it.
